Damages and issues: In the event that your cup arrives damaged, please file a claim with the mail carrier to receive reimbursement. Each package is covered by insurance Air Bubbles: Kindly be informed that the presence of air bubbles within the cup may occur naturally as a result of the shipping process. These bubbles are considered a normal aspect of shipping and handling and do not compromise the edibility of the product.
